Purpose of the Information We Collect
The minimal personal information collected through the online form and/or paper form is needed to enable us to connect the prospective clients to our doctors who are accepting patients. This is the only purpose for which the clients’ information will be used.
How Clients’ Information is Protected
This site is secured with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) – a computer networking protocol that manages server authentication, client authentication and encrypted communication between client’s machine and the host machine (server).
The client’s information is not retained in any format on this site after submission of the completed form.
However, despite our efforts, please be aware that there is still some risk involved in transmitting data over the internet.

The information provided by our clients shall be treated confidentially.
